Marjory Kinnon School will be taking part in this year’s World Autism Acceptance Month with special days on Wednesday 23rd April and Thursday 24th April.
Our students will be wearing bright, colourful clothing and walking around our school field. Primary students will celebrate on Wednesday 23rd April and Secondary students will celebrate on Thursday 24th April.
In addition, all MKS staff and parents are invited to join our running club and run or walk 5k to Bedfont Lakes onThursday 24th April.

Over 99% of people have heard of autism, but only 16% of autistic people feel the public understand them. We’re here to challenge the myths, misconceptions and stereotypes that mean that 79% of autistic people feel socially isolated. It’s time we help the public to understand autism, the person, and the change they can make.
