At Marjory Kinnon School, we are always looking for ways to improve and ensure that every pupil receives the very best education, support, and opportunities to thrive.

Our School Development Plan sets out the key priorities for the year ahead and the actions we are taking to continue developing our provision. These priorities are informed by our ongoing self-evaluation; feedback from pupils, families and staff; and our commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for autistic children and young people.

The plan is developed in collaboration with school leaders, staff and governors. Together, we review our progress regularly and remain focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

We believe that improvement is a continuous journey. Our School Development Plan helps us build on our strengths, respond to new opportunities, and ensure that everything we do supports pupils to learn the skills and develop the confidence needed to become valued, integrated and independent members of the community.
